Burke Mountain Rental Shop
For 10 years Burton has worked with resorts around the world to offer the Learn To Ride program. Burton Learn To Ride provides learners with gear designed to enhance their experience, as well as teaching methods to make for an enjoyable and successful first day. Burton’s equipment for beginners is tailored by gender and age to maximize each individuals learning potential. Burke Mountain is the latest Learn To Ride Center in Vermont and our Rental shop is fully outfitted with Burton Learn To Ride snowboard gear that is specifically designed to enhance your child’s experience on the very first day. Take a lesson at our Learn To Ride center and you’ll be hooked for life
The Burke Mountain Rental Shop also carries the 2009/2010 Rossignol ski line-up for day rentals and for sale. This year’s lineup includes the amazing new Avenger series, a ski designed to tackle all terrain in any conditions. Also included are the Rosssignol women’s line-up, which includes the VooDoo SC series and the Attraxions series. Our certified technicians can assist with any questions you may have and get you set up with the right equipment to ensure a fun and memorable day on the slopes!

Burke Mountain Repair Shop
While visiting Burke Mountain, stop by our repair shop to get your skis or snowboard tuned to peak performance. A good tune up can be the difference between a good day and an amazing day on the hill. Don’t neglect your equipment!
Services offered include Hot Waxing, edge sharpening, base flattening, stone grinds, minor p-tex work, and major repair work such as edge replacement and core shot repair. Not sure if your equipment needs to be tuned up? Drop by and ask, we’ll let you know.

Why get a stone grind? Your skis travel on a thin film of water, without a stone pattern, that water can act like a suction cup and slow you down. A good stone pattern aerates the water, breaking it into smaller parts to reduce suction, meaning you’ll go faster with better glide.The Rental and Repair shops are located in the courtyard level of the Sherburne Base Lodge next to the Guest Relations office.
