Policies:

  • NO REFUNDS – all ticket and pass sales are final
  • Payment plan can be applied to the summer, fall and final tiers – NOT the May tier.  Processing fee for payment plan is $4/transaction.
  • Vermonter Ticket will NOT be available on Saturdays or holiday periods during the 08/09 winter season. 
  • 10 Blocks – For the 08/09 season, 10 blocks will be valid during holidays with a $10 upgrade. 
  • Season pass holders are entitled to 2 grace tickets per season.  When a grace ticket is issued, the pass will be blacked out for that day.
  • All passes will be scanned at lifts.  Purchasers of Burke passes accept this as pre-condition of owning a pass.
  • All pass holders must have a signed assumption of risk form on file in order to receive their pass.  If pass holder is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the Assumption of Risk form before a pass is issued.
  • All passes (with the exception of the Corporate Pass) are non-transferable.  The use or attempted use of a pass by someone other than the pass holder themselves is theft of services, and will be handled accordingly.  The use or attempted use of a non-transferable pass by someone other than the pass holder will result in the immediate voidance of the pass for the remainder of the season, regardless of the circumstance.  Please protect and keep your pass in a safe location. 
  • Pass production will begin mid-June 2008.  Guests are asked to pick up their pass in person in order to sign the Assumption of Risk form.

10-Block Bulk Vouchers

10-Block Bulk Vouchers may be redeemed throughout the 2008/09 season.  During holiday periods, a 10-Block Bulk Voucher may be used to redeem any single-day lift ticket with a $10 upgrade.

Holiday periods for the 2008/09 Season:

December 25, 2008 thru and including January 4, 2009
January 17, 18 & 19, 2009
February 14, 2009 thru and including February 21, 2009

Grace Tickets

Season pass holders are entitled to 2 grace tickets per season.  Grace tickets are issued in the event a pass holder does not have their pass with them the day they wish to ski.  Please be aware that when a grace ticket is issued, the season pass associated with the grace ticket will be void for that day only.

Scanning

All Burke Mountain season passes will be scanned at lift loading areas.  Purchasers of Burke Mountain season passes accept this as a pre-condition of owning a pass.

Assumption of Risk

All pass holders must have signed a Burke Mountain Assumption of Risk form in order to receive their season pass.  If the pass holder is under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must sign the Assumption of Risk form for them prior to their pass being issued. 

Transferability

All Burke Mountain season passes (with the exception of the Gold Pass) are non-transferable.  The use of a Burke Mountain season pass by someone other than the pass holder is theft.  Should this occur, the season pass will be immediately voided for the remainder of the season and the appropriate authorities will be notified of a theft on our premises. 

Replacement Fee

In the event that a pass is lost, there is a $25 replacement fee.
