Pavilion Ceremony summer

Our most popular location for ceremonies, you can't beat the views of the Willoughby Gap and surrounding Northeast Kingdom.  At 2,600 feet in elevation, the views will leave you and your guests breathless. 
Available May - October.

2 DayLodge

Day Lodge

Post and beam construction, two beautiful stone fireplaces and a picturesque view of the Willoughby Gap and mountain vistas as your backdrop.  This open concept space centralized on the second floor of the Hotel and Conference Center will give you the perfect quintessential Vermont experience.  The Day Lodge serves as your backup weather location for our Pavilion Landing or as your primary indoor ceremony site.  Perfect setting for welcome parties, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch as well as a smaller reception gatherings.

Day Lodge Deck Ceremony

Located adjacent to the Day Lodge and designed for audiences to absorb the breathtaking views of the Willoughby Gap, its the perfect setting for an intimate wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, or welcome party.  The deck also serves as the best spot on the Burke Mountain campus to watch summer sunsets.

As one of the largest spaces on campus, our Ballroom boasts 270 degrees of floor to ceiling windows.  The north end of the room provides views of the Willoughby Gap and on the south, slope side landscape of Burke Mountain.  This venue is our most popular choice for your wedding reception, large conference or meeting.

Cocktail Hour Set

Darling Room

Adjacent to the Ballroom, this indoor space is a perfect extension to host your cocktail reception, brunch or welcome party.  This venue may also be paired with patio space (seasonally).

Holiday Party First 13

A cozy and private venue space attached to the View Pub.  A private (locked) entrance provides exclusive yet convenient access to pub services (as contracted) as well as a gas lit fireplace and views of Willoughby Gap.  Popular choice for rehearsal dinners, after-parties, smaller board meetings, and holiday parties.

Willoughby's

A perfect combination of Vermont-inspired industrial elegance, Willoughby's is located slope side of the Hotel and Conference Center.  This uniquely designed space provides flexibility and direct entrance / exit to our outdoor patio area and parking.  From the mountain views to a built-in custom bar this room has everything you need for your next medium-size event.

Willoughby's Patio

Located directly outside of Willoughby's, slope side of the Hotel & Conference Center, the area is an exceptional patio space providing a fresh backdrop with expansive views of Burke Mountain.  Direct access from indoors via the second floor of the Hotel and/or additional parking lots from Mid Burke.  A popular choice for cocktail and welcome receptions or rehearsal dinners.

Witherell buffet

Witherell Room

This mid-sized room is the perfect venue for a smaller sized wedding reception, meeting, welcome party or brunch.  North facing windows offer a beautiful view of the Willoughby Gap.
