2020.21 LIFT TICKET REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Lift Tickets are non-transferable.  You may cancel your pre-purchased lift tickets up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date of your ticket for a 100% refund or 100% credit towards another purchase. This also applies to rental equipment pre-purchased with lift tickets. 

2020.21 WINTER SEASON PASS REFUND OR DEFERMENT POLICY

For season passholders living outside of Vermont the following refund or deferment applies:

  • If your season pass has not been used, a full refund or deferment can be requested anytime prior to March 21, 2021.
  • 1 day:  75% deferment
  • 2 days:  65% deferment
  • 3 days: 55% deferment
  • 4 days:  45% deferment
  • 5 days:  35% deferment
  • 6 days:  25% deferment
  • 7+ days:  no refund or deferment

All refund or deferment requests must be made by March 21st, 2021.  No refunds or deferments will be issued after this date.  Deferments must be used towards your purchase of a 2021+22 Winter Season Pass of equal or greater value for the original season passholder (value is non-transferable to another product or person).  All refunds/deferrals are final; once requested, the 2020.21 season pass will be voided. 

To request your refund or deferment you can email info@skiburke.com.  When purchasing your 2021.22 Winter Season Pass, please contact our guest services team directly at (802) 626-7300.  Your deferral amount will be applied to the current season pass rates when you purchase.
