Do I need to pick a specific date when I buy? Yes. Flexible pricing is date-based, so you’ll choose your ski day when purchasing.

What if I can’t make it on the day of my ticket? Lift Tickets are non-transferable. You may cancel your pre-purchased lift ticket(s) up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date of your ticket for a 100% refund or 100% credit towards another purchase. This also applies to rental equipment pre-purchased with lift tickets.

Where should I keep my RFID card when I’m skiing? Place it your left pocket by itsleft. Not in a wallet, not with your phone, not near metal. Just one card in one pocket. The gates will read it automatically as you walk through.
