From spring thaw to the last leaves of fall, Burke's woods and pastures are yours. Rip lift-assisted laps through the bike park. Roll the legendary Kingdom Trails. Riders from around the globe come through and wonder why they waited so long.
53 trails. Uncrowded glades. A ski mountain that hasn't been corporatized. Burke in winter is the real thing — where you can still find a fresh line on a powder day and a familiar face at the base lodge.
Since the first ski trails were cut back in 1953, Burke has been a ski town. Busy in winter. Then the Kingdom Trails went in, and summers got loud, too. Seventy years of welcoming people to our little corner of the NEK has taught us a thing or two. A warm hello and an ice-cold Vermont brew go a long way.
East Burke isn't just a place to ski or ride. Hike Mount Pisgah. Swim Lake Willoughby. Wander the back roads and find something you weren't looking for. The NEK has a way of pulling you in and not letting go.
