Our full-service bar is a celebration of the state’s vibrant craft brewing scene, with a wide selection of local beers on tap. From crisp pilsners to robust IPAs, you’ll find favorites from acclaimed Vermont breweries like Fiddlehead, Lawson’s, and Switchback.
For those seeking something stronger, our craft cocktails are a must-try—from classics like mojitos and margaritas to signatures such as Tapped Out, featuring Vermont maple lemonade and bourbon.
Our menu, featuring local ingredients whenever possible, is a true taste of Vermont. Indulge in some of our cult favorites like, blue chips, crispy chicken sandwich, ribeye steak and of course our signature burgers

Edmunds Cafeteria

Rise and shine, Burke! We’re your cozy little mountain-side café, tucked away on the second floor of the hotel. You’ll find us surrounded by warm wood beams, stuffed bears watching from the rafters, and the comforting glow of big stone fireplaces.
Fuel up for your big day with our locally roasted coffee and a hearty breakfast sandwich. Whether you’re hitting the slopes or the trails, we’ve got you covered.
We’re easy to find—just at the base of the Mid-Burke Express lift, connecting the hotel wings and the Day Lodge. Swing by and grab a bite before you go conquer the mountain!

Kingdom Cafeteria
Location: Sherburne Base Lodge (1st Floor)

A taste of Vermont that’s sure to satisfy! Grab a quick bite at the Kingdom Cafeteria, conveniently located in the Sherburne Base Lodge. Our menu is packed with mountain classics, perfect for fueling up for a day on the slopes or a well-deserved break.
We’ve got something for everyone in your crew, including juicy grilled burgers, crispy chicken tenders, and golden fries. We also serve hearty soups, chowders and chili.
When you’re ready to refuel, we’re ready to help. Coffee, hot chocolate, freshly baked cookies, and brownies are waiting for you.

Bear Den

Tamarack Pub

Coming soon, the Tamarack makes its highly anticipated return! Located right in the Sherburne Base Lodge, the Tamarack is your go-to destination for a true ski-in, ski-out experience on weekends and holiday weeks.
This is the perfect spot to warm up and unwind with a cold pint and friendly conversation. We’re bringing back that neighborly vibe, making the Tamarack the ultimate place to share a laugh and a drink with friends, old and new.
Conveniently located just steps from the slopes, the Tamarack is your après-ski headquarters.

Bear Essentials

Feeling snacky? Located on the first floor of the Burke Mountain Hotel, Bear Essentials has everything from snacks and basic grocery items for the self-sufficient overnighter to Burke-inspired gear and souvenirs.

Auntie Dee Dee’s: Located on the Burke Mountain Access road, Auntie Dee Dees offers pastries, breads, homemade specialty sandwiches, locally roasted coffee, teas and more. Weekends only.
- Inn at Burklyn: Locally sourced fine dining. Delicious grownup night out.
- Mike’s Tiki Bar: A mtn bike institution, open May - Oct. local food trucks featured along with 30+ local brews on tap.
- NEK Country Store: Stop in for breakfast, lunch (pizza and sandwiches) or snacks like baked goods.
