Director of Sales and Marketing

As a senior manager of Q Burke Mountain Resort, the Director of Sales and Marketing will manage all marketing, sales and event functions for Q Burke Mountain including sales, advertising, public relations, website. merchandising, promotions, strategic support of resort partnerships and event operations.  A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field from a 4 year college or university is required with a minimum of five (5) years' experience ideally gained through increasingly responsible management positions within marketing and sales.  Experience within the ski resort industry is preferred.  This position requires strong organizational, analytical and reasoning skills along with the ability to perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.  The ideal candidate must possess the ability to get along well with diverse personalities - remaining tactful, mature, and flexible.  Qualified candidates may submit a cover letter and resume to our Human Resources department at kwhite@skiburke.com.

Senior IT Tech Support Specialist:

Looking for an IT Support Specialist to install, modify and make minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provide technical assistance and training for system users. General networking knowledge and general troubleshooting skills for software and hardware systems required. Two year certificate from college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have valid driver's license and be willing/able to work a flexible schedule that requires some weekend and holiday hours. We are looking for experienced Bartenders and experienced Waitstaff/Servers to support our busy weddings and events schedule this summer.  These are seasonal part-time positions.  Must have 2+ years of experience and be confident in a high yield environment.  These positions are ideal for someone who wants to work on weekends in a fun, fast-paced and rewarding environment.  Qualified candidates may submit an application to our Human Resources department at kwhite@skiburke.com.
