SheJumps' Junior Ski Patrol seeks to mentor young girls in mountain safety and first aid while working with the women of the ski patrol community. At the Burke Mountain event, girls will be introduced to ski patrol through workshops on first aid, weather, toboggans, etc. This event will encourage girls to learn new skills, take on challenges, and think creatively which we hope will develop perseverance and foster confidence.
Registration is also open to the general public and will cost $40 for non-Kingdom East Students, although scholarships are available.
Contact Morgan Moore (morganmoore@kingdomeast.org) with questions or for information about scholarships.
